Material

1. ½ cup curd, thick
2. ½ tsp turmeric
3. 1 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder / red chili powder
4. ½ tsp coriander powder
5. ¼ tsp cumin powder
6. ½ tsp garam masala
7. ½ tsp kasoori methi
8. ½ tsp chaat masala
9.1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
10. ¼ tsp ajwain/carom seeds
11. 2 tsp gram flour, dry roasted
12. 1 tbsp lemon juice
13. Salt, as per taste
14. 3 tsp oil

Vegetables:

1. ½ onion, petals
2. ½ capsicum, red and green
3. 5 cubes of paneer

Instruction

Step 1 – firstly, in a large bowl take ½ cup thick curd.

Step 2 – further add ½ tsp turmeric, 1 tsp chili powder, ½ tsp coriander powder, ¼ tsp cumin powder, ½ tsp garam masala, ½ tsp kasoori methi, ½ tsp chaat masala, 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste, and ¼ tsp ajwain.

Step 3 – further add 2 tbsp roasted gram flour, 1 tbsp lemon juice, and salt.

Step 4 – Mix until all the spices are well combined with the curd.

Step 5 – Now add ½ onion petals, ½ thickly sliced ​​capsicum (red and green), and 5 cubes of paneer.

Step 6 – also, add 1 tsp oil.

Step 7 – Mix gently to coat the vegetables well.

Step 8 – further, marinate, cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Step 9 – After marination, put marinated paneer, capsicum, and onion on wooden skewers.

Step 10 – further, roast it on a hot Tawa or grill it in an oven or tandoor.

Step 11 – Also, spread a tsp of oil over the tikka.

Step 12 – Fry on medium heat and keep turning in between.
